Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all clients ("Users") utilizing the hosting services provided by Bundle Host ("Provider"). This includes Minecraft server hosting, web hosting, and Discord bot hosting. By using our services, Users agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of services.

General Use

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations while using the Provider's services. Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account and must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Prohibited Activities
  • Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates laws or regulations, including but not limited to copyright infringement, distribution of pirated software, or facilitating illegal downloads.
  • Hate Speech and Harassment: Posting, transmitting, or storing any content that is threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or hateful towards individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected categories.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or "spam," or promoting services that violate this Policy.
  • DDoS Attacks: Conducting or facilitating Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against any party, including the Provider's services or any third-party services.
  • Resource Abuse: Engaging in excessive resource usage that negatively impacts the performance of the Provider's infrastructure or services, including running processes or applications that consume disproportionate server resources.
  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Provider's servers or any third-party servers, networks, or accounts.
  • Malicious Software: Distributing or hosting malware, viruses, or other harmful software or content that could damage or disrupt any system or network.
  • User Data Abuse: Collecting, storing, or processing personal data of users or players without their consent or in violation of privacy laws, including GDPR.
User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their server configurations, websites, Discord bots, player accounts, and any third-party plugins or modifications used. Users must promptly report any suspected violations of this Policy or security incidents to the Provider. Users should ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all content uploaded or created on their servers or hosted platforms.

Content Policies

Users are solely responsible for the content hosted on their Minecraft servers, websites, and Discord bots, including in-game content, plugins, interactions with players, and any media or files hosted online. The Provider reserves the right to remove any content that violates this Policy or is deemed harmful or inappropriate.

Enforcement

The Provider reserves the right to monitor User activity and content to ensure compliance with this Policy. Violations of this Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the User's account, without prior notice. The Provider may also report illegal activities to the appropriate authorities.
