Overview

At Bundle Host, we strive to provide exceptional Minecraft server hosting services. If you are not satisfied with our services, this Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted. Please also refer to our Service Level Agreement (SLA) for more information regarding service uptime and credit claims.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

Service Downtime:

If our services experience an unplanned downtime of more than one hour within a billing cycle due to issues originating from our systems or network, you may be eligible for a refund. This aligns with our SLA Credit Policy, where you can claim SLA credits for service interruptions. Please refer to the SLA for specific details on how to claim credits.

Billing Errors:

If you are charged incorrectly for your services due to a billing error on our part, you are eligible for a full refund of the erroneous charge.

Cancellation Within A Trial Period:

If you cancel your subscription within 5 days of signing up for a new service, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • User Error: If the service is not functioning as expected due to actions taken by the user, such as incorrect server configuration or modifications.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after using our services, refunds will not be issued.
  • Downtime Due to Exclusions: No refunds will be issued for downtime caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to:
    • Acts of God (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather)
    • Unlawful activities (e.g., DDoS attacks, hacking)
    • Customer's own internet connectivity issues
    • Resource overuse or exceeding allocated resources as per the service plan
Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit a Ticket:

Create a support ticket through our Discord server or via our customer support portal within 7 days of the incident or billing error. Include all relevant details, such as:

  • Your account information
  • Description of the issue or downtime experienced
  • Any supporting documentation or screenshots

Review Process:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 15 days. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing Time for Refunds

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
