Bundle Host restricts service use if you meet any of the following conditions:

• You cannot legally form binding contracts.

• You are under 18 without parental/legal guardian consent.
• You are prohibited from receiving services under UK or other relevant laws.
• You are flagged by our anti-fraud system as high risk.
• You are subject to sanctions or listed as a prohibited party by the United Nations or UK authorities.

We understand our services may not always meet your needs. Therefore, if you request a refund within 72 hours of purchase, we will grant it with some exceptions:

1. Add-ons are non-refundable.
2. Dedicated servers are non-refundable.
3. Refunds within the last six months may restrict eligibility.

For refunds requested beyond 72 hours, approval is at Bundle Host's discretion.
