This Web Hosting Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bundle Group ("Provider") and the Client (collectively, the "Parties"). This Agreement defines the terms and conditions of web hosting services provided by Bundle Group.
Provider will supply the Client with web hosting services ("Services") on a shared hosting platform. Provider will allocate server resources as per the chosen service plan. The hosting service includes:
This Agreement will commence upon the Client's payment and acceptance of the terms and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless terminated.
The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by submitting a cancellation request through the Provider's support portal. No refunds will be issued for any remaining period after termination.
Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the Client. In cases of violation of terms (e.g., prohibited activities, payment failure), Provider reserves the right to terminate Services immediately.
The Client is responsible for ensuring they stay within their allocated resources (e.g., storage, bandwidth). Resource overuse may result in service throttling or suspension.

While Provider performs regular backups, the Client is responsible for creating and maintaining backups of their website data. Provider is not liable for data loss under any circumstances.
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the security of their hosted website and any data processed or stored therein. The Provider shall not be liable for any data breaches, loss of data, or unauthorized access to the Client's hosting environment that arises from:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
By using Bundle Group's Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
